Before proceeding with your booking, please take the time to read and fully understand the terms and conditions of our travel and tour company in Nepal.
Booking and Reservations: a. All bookings and reservations are subject to availability. b. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as per the company's policy. c. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from the company.
Payment: a. Payments can be made through bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other authorized payment methods. b. Any transaction fees or charges imposed by banks or payment gateways are the responsibility of the client. c. Full payment must be received before the commencement of the tour or trek.
Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the client. b. The company's cancellation policy will apply, and cancellation charges may be incurred based on the proximity to the departure date. c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the company's refund policy.
Changes and Amendments: a. The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or other aspects of the tour or trek due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. b. In such cases, the company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements of similar standards.
Travel Insurance: a. It is mandatory for all clients to have travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, and other travel-related risks. b. The client is responsible for obtaining and providing proof of adequate travel insurance before the commencement of the tour or trek.
Health and Fitness: a. The client should ensure that they are in good health and have the physical fitness required for the chosen tour or trek. b. Any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities should be disclosed to the company prior to booking. c. The company reserves the right to deny participation or make alternative arrangements if a client's health or fitness is deemed inadequate for the chosen activity.
Travel Documents: a. The client is responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required documents. b. The company can provide assistance and information regarding visa and permit requirements but is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or complications related to travel documents.
Liability and Responsibility: a. The company acts as an intermediary between the client and various service providers, including hotels, transportation companies, guides, and other third-party entities. b. The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by any act or negligence of these third-party service providers. c. The client agrees to release the company and its employees from any liability arising from any such incidents.
Code of Conduct: a. The client is expected to follow local customs, laws, and regulations during the tour or trek. b. Any behavior that is deemed disrespectful, illegal, or harmful to the environment or local communities may result in termination of services without any refund.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. b. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
