The 16-day Everest Base Camp Trek is designed for beginner trekkers who are in good health with average physical fitness. The path to the Everest Base Camp begins in ancient Kathmandu, where you'll acclimate and explore the city at your leisure while anticipating your ascent. You will then experience a short beautiful flight to Lukla. And then your trek journey starts to the Everest Base Camp via. Phakding, Namchebazar, Khumjung, Tengboche, Dengboche and Lobuche. You can enjoy a breath-taking panorama of the entire Mount Everest massif form from there. Also you can see Pumori; Everest's daughter, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Lingtren, Khumbutse and Changtse mountains. You will trail back via. Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2,804m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
Day 4: Phakding trekking to Namche Bazzar (3440m) : walking distance 5-6 hours, 300 meters ascent and 300 meters descent - 11.3 km
Day 5: Acclimatization Day - Namche Bazaar: (3,441m/11,284ft)
Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m) - 5 hours
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4,350m)
Day 8: Rest day in Dingboche for the acclimatization (4360m)
Day 9: Dingboche to Lobuche (4900 m/16,207 ft): 4km, 2 - 4 hours
Day 10: Lobuche - Gorak Shep (5,160m/17,000ft) - Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,594ft): Gorak Shep, 7-8 hrs
