Altitude and Everest Trekking
We at Everest Buddha Treks believe that satisfaction of clients matters the most. Therefore, we always strive to conclude the trekking successfully. However, Everest Base Camp Trekking requires meticulous planning in order to avoid the threat of altitude sickness.
Lots of trekkers couldn’t finish the trekking because of adverse weather and altitude difference. Our trekking guides are highly experienced and our itinerary is very dynamic. EBC Trekking itinerary knitted by our travel planners allows trekkers to pace their trekking according to their potential. We believe in gradual but slow ascent whereas fast descent. Every week at our office the crew members are taught about perfection in guiding the guests successfully.
Best way to avoid the altitude sickness is the consumption of fluid and proper acclimatization. Please check out our itinerary. We have two acclimatization breaks during the trekking. It helps trekkers to get adjusted to the changing altitude and surrounding.
